WESTMINSTER — Ramping up for additional staff, Datalogix is planning a 20,000 square-foot expansion and renovation of its Westminster headquarters. The work, which began last month, is expected to be completed by the middle of next year.
The company, which offers technology to target customized audiences and measure digital advertising results, says it needs the new space to accommodate continued growth. Since March of 2011, Datalogix has nearly doubled its head count from 142 to 276 employees today.
According to company officials, the project will increase the size of the headquarters office by 50 percent and will dramatically overhaul the company's offices.
The new offices will include a cafe with panoramic views of the Front Range, a new recreation room for fitness programs and more open collaborative workspaces. It will also feature customized workspaces for specialized needs, from shared Agile IT team spaces to private accounting areas.
"We want our headquarters to foster our informal culture, with its emphasis on collaboration, creativity, and a healthy approach to the work environment," says Datalogix CEO Eric Roza. "We think this expansion will position Datalogix at the leading edge of innovative workspaces for Colorado companies with a design that encourages both professional and personal growth."
Executives say the company places heavy emphasis on workplace appeal and employee satisfaction. The firm has made ColoradoBiz magazine’s “Best Places to Work” list for three years running. A sampling of perks provided by the company explains why:
- Regular happy hours and social events for employees and families.
- Weekly barbeques with free lunches in the summer.
- Free yoga, CrossFit, self-defense and kick-boxing classes on site.
- Company-supported charity programs.
- DLX University, an in-house education program.
- Unlimited vacation time, uncapped bonuses and stock options.
Datalogix uses online and offline consumer data to help brands reach specifically targeted audiences of buyers across display, video, mobile and social platforms. The company’s signature product, DLX ROI, is used to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Its customers span a variety of consumer segments, including retail, consumer packaged goods and automotive.
In addition to its Westminster headquarters, Datalogix has offices in Chicago, New York, Detroit, San Francisco and London.
